- Returns & Replacements
- We guarantee our items to be free from defects caused by the manufacturer and accept returns within 30 days of purchase on our items except the Isis Puzzle orb (due to the nature of the product). Just send us the item back and we will give you a full refund* of the purchased item as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. If there is any wear to the product we will charge a 20% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for losses caused by the shipping company but we will do our best to resolve any situation. *Refund amount is price of item bought. We cannot refund shipping charges once item is sent.
